I’m Colin Berryman, fitness professional and my mission is to make Oxfordshire fit and healthy by taking you to your next level of fitness. I currently offer Bootfitness (outdoor fitness in Oxfordshire), personal training and group exercise classes.
Bootfitness
Bootfitness is a one hour military style outdoor circuits class in Abingdon. It will help you to lose weight, tone and shape your body, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase confidence. It is a fun feel good class that will get you outdoors and help you to meet new people. Sessions currently run in Abingdon, visit the timetable for more information.

Personal Training
Personal training sessions help people to reach their fitness goals five times faster than on their own. Whatever your aim is, running a marathon, losing that stone that has been hanging around since Christmas or taking part in the Commonwealth Games I can help you to achieve it. Each session will include an hour of intense training, I will also give you a weekly fitness planner, dietary advice, fitness testing and mental focus to support you to reach your goal. Group classes
I teach Les Mills RPM™ (studio cycling), Les Mills Body Balance™ and Les Mills Body™ Pump at the White Horse Leisure Centre, Abingdon, David Lloyd, Oxford and Taurus Training in Kidlington. Group fitness classes are a great way to get motivated about fitness and challenge yourself. With 13 years experience as an instructor I can guide you and help you to get the most of your session.
